Returns & Exchange
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 10 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus restocking fee & shipping costs.
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
- has missing parts or accessories.
- is different from what was ordered.
- is different from its description on the product detail page on RGMS
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the original packaging. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Further, please note:
- Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
- If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. RGMS shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
- In some cases, items may not be eligible for return, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
- We do not refund shipping or freight charges on any returns.
- Clearance items are not eligible for return.
- There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items.
- If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proofread your order information before finalizing.
- For display damaged items, we can offer a “free replacement” only if the product is delivered in a damaged condition I.e.-Dots, lines, flickering screen and partial display. The customer needs to request for the free replacement within 10 calendar days of the delivery of the item and submit the supporting images and videos as requested. All other display damages requests will be classified as “customer damage“.
Shipping on a Returned Product
- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not provide a reverse shipping facility.
10 Days; Refund Only return window.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products after 10 days from the date your order delivers.
- Returnable if you’ve received the product in a condition that is damaged, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on RGMS Enterprises
- Refunds will be issued only if it is determined that the item was not damaged while in your possession, or is not different from what was shipped to you.
- Clearance items are not eligible for refunds.
Step 1: Click on Return an order to create a request.
Step 2: Select your applicable reason for the return(exchange, replacement or refund).
Step 3: Depending on the kind of product you wish to return, your return request may have to undergo a verification process.
Step 4: Following the verification process we will email you with the return shipping instructions.
Step 5: Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of all returned items.
Once we receive the returned item:
- the customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the return within 5 -7 business days.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer’s credit card or original payment method shortly after.
